On Friday 11/25/16, we will be offering two donation-based gratitude Barre Bliss classes. This provides all of the amazing things we love about our signature Barre Bliss classes with the added bonus of donating to benefit a local charity. Class is free for all to attend and please bring a cash donation with you. Please register online, as class size is limited. You are welcome to donate at either studio if you can’t attend.
Friday 11/25 at 12pm – Barre Bliss in Uptown with Lisa. Donations will go to The Good Grocer on Lake Street, which is a grocery store, open to the public, that provides good quality foods to families in need.
Giving back to our community is a very important part of Barre Bliss, and we invite you to join us in that mission.
When you attend class at either of our Barre Bliss locations, remember to check-in on Facebook and you will be entered for a drawing to win one of the following.
– Free Month of Unlimited classes
– $50 Pre-Paid Gift Card

Drawings will be held quartly (every 3 months). Each time you check in your name will be entered. The more you check in the more chances you have to win.

On the News Feed screen, next to your picture, click where it says, “What’s on your mind?” Then click “Check in.” Choose Barre Bliss Studio. You then have the option to complete your post further by adding a photo, text, or your feeling/activity. Click “Post” when you’re done.
We’re partnering with Still Kickin to give you guys an amazing workout for a great cause!
Still Kickin is an organization that sells t-shirts and accessories and gives some of the proceeds to brain tumor research and people suffering from the cancer. Not only do they help the community, but they also join with fitness studios and gyms around the United States to support a healthy lifestyle.

Give us 60 minutes of your time to learn about our 90 day workout and nutrition plan. We want to learn what your goals are. By combining fitness with a proper meal plan, you can achieve your goals faster and safer. From there, we will help you tailor a workout schedule and nutrition plan that will help you meet your goals.

We have a new phone app for both iPhone and Android. Search for Barre Bliss in the app store and pick the app by MINDBODY Connect. In this app, you can schedule classes, see updated news, and info about all our different classes.
The other app by Healcode LLC will eventually be phased out. If you have our current phone app, please update to the new one.

Mirrors for Uptown
We have ordered mirrors to be installed in the barre studio at our Uptown location. We do not have final dates on when they will be installed, but it will be soon.

Barre Bliss Certification in January
If you have ever wanted to learn how to teach Barre classes, this is your chance. Mia Jenneman, Founder and Owner of Barre Bliss, will be leading a 3 day Barre Bliss Certification.
We are looking for more talented people to work at Barre Bliss and our Barre Bliss Certification is required to teach at our studio. Sign up today whether you are looking to teach for us or teach the Barre Bliss Method somewhere else.

Due to the Hwy 100 construction project, Hwy 7 is closed between Woodale Ave and Belt Line Blvd. until Fall of 2016. This has caused a significant amount of added traffic in front of the Saint Louis Park studio since the detour uses 36th Street.
Here are two routes that can potentially save you a lot of commute time to our Saint Louis Park studio.
If you are coming from the West:
Avoid taking Hwy 7 past Blake Rd. It’s best to come East on Excelsior Blvd. which starts to get congested past Louisiana Ave during busy times of the day. Take a left on Louisiana to avoid waiting in traffic and go to Oxford Street and take a right. Oxford will wind around, just follow main road through warehouses by taking a right on Edgewood Ave and then a left on Cambridge Street. Go to Alabama and take a left. This will take you to 36th street where you want to take a right. Studio is just 2 blocks down on the left. Most of the heavy traffic will be avoided by doing this little sneak route through the warehouse district in SLP. See map below for route.
If you are coming from the East:
Take Excelsior Blvd just West of Lake Calhoun, do not take Lake Street to Hwy 7. There will be a good amount of congestion as you get closer to Hwy 100. But this is still the least traffic way to go during the busy hours of the day. Continue on Excelsior Blvd past Monterey Drive and continue over Hwy 100. Once over Hwy 100 go a few blocks to Alabama Ave and take a right. Take Alabama Ave all the way to 36th Street and take a right. Studio is 2 blocks down on the left. See map below for route.
