Regular practice, done with persistence and devotion, is the key to success in yoga. This popular annual workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to structure a comprehensive and balanced daily yoga practice.
These classes will combine yoga asanas with Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation practice.You will practice with the focus on bringing meditative concentration to the asana practice. Come experience the joy of daily asana and meditation. Space is limited. Register early for your discount.
This workshop is for students with at least one year of experience and will include asana and dhyana (meditation) in the Vipassana tradition. You may be a beginner to meditation practice.

William is a recognized senior teacher, having started the Minneapolis Yoga workshop in 1979.
Trained in India by BKS Iyengar, he is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
William trains and mentors teachers and dedicated students.
He has also trained in the Raja Yoga, Vipassana, and Vajrayana meditation traditions, the principles of which he weaves into his yoga classes.
He is known for his humor, and his depth of understanding and therapeutic adjustments.
