Join us for this training in the fundamentals of meditation and pranayama practice. Learn simple practices to calm the mind, cultivate awareness and open the heart to compassionate action in the world.
The class includes restorative poses to prepare the body for pranayama, training in pranayama technique, and 20 minutes of meditation.
For those experienced with meditation and pranayama, this course will deepen and refine your practice. For those new to these techniques, the course will support the safe and systematic development of these transformative practices.
